All products are handmade to order.
Orders are usually ready to be dispatched within 3-5 working days (Mon-Fri)
*Please allow for times to be slightly longer during busier periods.
Delivery
Orders are sent with Royal Mail using thier 2nd Class postal service, receipt of postage is obtained.
Confirmation emails are sent once orders are dispatched.
Collection
As a customer, if you are local to Street, Somerset (BA16) and prefer to collect an order. Please select Customer Pickup at the checkout, collection details will be sent with the dispatched email.
Returns
We understand that sometimes orders may not be suitable or you have an issue that needs solving. Please do not hesitate to get in contact.
To request a refund, please reach out within 14 days of receipt and return details will be given.
As a customer returning items you are responsible for return costs except in cases where there are faults with the product.
We aim to process returns within 5 working days of receiving the items.
Items must be returned in an unused and resalable condition.
Unfortunately due to the nature of the product, personalised items can not be returned or refunded, except where an item is faulty.
